French fort cove skating trail
The French Fort Cove Skating trail is approximately 200 metres long and 3.5 metres wide and will provides skating trails to enjoy from January to March.
The groomed trails at French Fort Cove provide the perfect outdoor oasis for walking, hiking and fat biking.
The skating trail will be located at the west side entrance to the Cove, across from the Miramichi Eco-Centre (21 Cove Rd).

Miramichi Cross Country Ski Club
The MCCSC maintains 25 kilometers of groomedtrails suitable for cross country skiers with all levels of experience. Ten of these are groomed for skate skiing. Four kilometers are lighted and open until 9:00 pm daily.
There are six kilometers of well marked snowshoe trails through woodlands as well. There is also a biathlon range on the club property with a separate biathlon club.
